Unable to register a patient in Bahmni

Please help me with this error. I tried to install it for multiple times but facing the same issue

This is due to identifier source max length issue and is a known issue with the demo database. For fixing this login to OpenMRS → Administration → Manage Patient Identifier Sources → GAN → Update Max length to 40
