Unable to login to OpenMRS JIRA using OpenMRS ID (Atlassian linking issue)

Hi everyone,

I’m a new contributor trying to report my first issue on OpenMRS JIRA.

I created an OpenMRS ID and I can log into https://id.openmrs.org successfully. However, when I try to log into https://issues.openmrs.org using “Log in with OpenMRS ID”, Atlassian shows:

“We’re having trouble logging you in. There seems to be an issue with your identity provider.”

It looks like my Atlassian account is not properly linked with my OpenMRS ID.

Could someone please help link my accounts or enable JIRA access?

Could you open a ticket on the help desk and attach screenshots if possible. Had you requested for Jira/wiki access already?
