Unable to log in to OpenMRS JIRA - Keycloak "Page not found" error

Hi OpenMRS team,

I’m a new contributor and planning to participate in GSoC 2026. While trying to access the OpenMRS JIRA portal at https://issues.openmrs.org, I’m being redirected to:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: https://id-new.openmrs.org/account/login

However, this page shows a “We are sorry… Page not found” error.

I’ve already created an OpenMRS ID and can log in to other OpenMRS tools, but JIRA access seems to be broken.

Could you please help me resolve this or let me know if there’s an ongoing issue with the login system?

Do you have access to Jira or the wiki? If yes, have you tried logging in to Jira using your OpenMRS ID?

Hello,

You have to log in to jira using your OpenMRS ID as @jwnasambu has said. After logging in, try it one more time.

Also make sure the “email” you use on the login is [email protected]

(Sometimes people end up in a login screen that demands an email; in which case, use the format [your_Talk/OpenMRS-ID]@id.openmrs.org

Where are you being redirect from? If you click on the “Login” button and enter you’re user id, you should be taken to the correct URL (which isn’t that one). If you can point out what action you’re taking to get redirected to that URL, we can try to adjust it.
