Unable to install in macOS Catalina

Reference Application Standalone Edition: ** 2.10.0**

Question: I am a Health Informatics student at George Brown College, ON. For study purposes we’ve been instructed to download OpenMRS. I use an Apple MacBook Pro running macOS Catalina V10.15.6.

I installed JRE/JDK but unable to install the Reference Application Standalone Version. I need help.

Sorry for that @marianorubharajan, can you try to share the full log using pastebin.com. . Meanwhile you also can share the java version you are using

Some difficulty with setting up Standalone package

Unfortunately, it seems like we can’t support the standalone on Mac OS Catalina. The problem is that to support a zero-configuration database setup, we’ve been using MySQL’s MXJ product, which bundles the MySQL executable in a manner that can be launch from a Java application. Unfortunately, that product was discontinued in 2012, though it’s still distributed. Being from 2012, it was last released with only support for 32-bit processors on Mac OS.
