Unable to access OpenMRS Jira ā€“ Atlassian site membership missing

Hello,

I can successfully log into id.openmrs.org (username: prakhar_). However, when accessing openmrs.atlassian.net or issues.openmrs.org, I am redirected or signed out.

It appears my Atlassian account is not yet added to the OpenMRS Atlassian organization.

Could someone please add my account to the OpenMRS Jira site?

Hello @prakhar the right way to log in to JIRA is (username@id.openmrs.org) it will take you directly to entering your password for your openmrs id, then you can log in successfully. The problem i have seen with the way you were logging in is that you missed the ā€œ@ā€ between the username and the id.openmrs.org according to the explanation you have given. thank you
