UiFrameworkException: No viewProvider named referenceapplication

I tried to add order entry module and then OpenMRS crashed and gave this error. Can anyone please help?

Well, there a likelihood that the referenceapplication has not started and there could be other modules that need to be installed and started first before referenceapplication could start successfully. You can experiment this by going to the manage modules page on the demo server https://demo.openmrs.org/openmrs/admin/modules/module.list and then click the “Start All” button to start all modules. Kindly feel free to share the tomcat logs using pastebin just incase you get an error.

Is this happening on the demo server ?

@tamunoseimiebi Am sorry to ask! Is this the entire error log?
