Travis Intergration for the add on manager module

Hello everyone,

I am working on Travis ci intergration with the add-on manager module. The description of the issue is found here. I would like to have access to the travis account credentials of the OpenMRS or if that’s not possible, I would like to have the travis url for the openmrs-owa-addonmanager. @raff, could you help me out, please?

Please fix permissions for the project on github to give /dev/5 Admin rights. I can add it to travis-ci then.
