Translation for widget labels on clinical dashboard

Hello everyone,

We are looking to translate the labels for WEIGHT GRAPH, HEALTH TREND SUMMARY and LATEST OBSERVATIONS in the clinical dashboard.

Currently direct english string values are specified in coreapps clinical dashboard configuration.

Using message labels would help in translation of these widget header.

Thanks @premnisha, let’s create a ticket for this. I believe this will happen in Core Apps mainly? And let’s make sure this becomes i18n friendly.
