Transifex update UI Framework not working

I added UI Framework to Transifex. However, I was unable to get the Bamboo job, which would automatically pull updated translations from Transifex, working. I can’t for the life of me figure out why it won’t work. I hope someone else will find time to take a look, because I’m stumped.
