You can directly edit the image from dcm4chee-web UI after uploading. Just go to Folders tab, press Search, you would see the image. Edit the details to update correct 'Patient ID' and'Accession No'. You would be able to get the accession number from the modality worklist item. It would be something like ‘ORD-123’.
You can try accessing the image directly from URL by typing a URL like
http://192.168.33.10:8055/oviyam2/viewer.html?patientID=GAN200053&accessionNumber=ORD-358
Once this is fine, you can access the image by clicking the link that appears in PACS display control on the patient dashboard in Bahmni EMR after placing the order (assuming you would have pacs display control setup with right URL in dashboard.json)
