Should I make atleast 3 pull requests before I can apply to OpenMRS?

I’m kind of confused. According to the proposal template GSoC - Proposal Guidelines - Resources - OpenMRS Wiki, I’m supposed to make atleast 3 pull requests before I can even apply? I thought it doesn’t matter if we made any pull requests or contributions before even being accepted. Could someone please calrify?

Hi @ab7zz, per this webpage you do have to make at least 3 PR’s - can I know where you saw differently? Or can a higher up possibly clarify?

Are you referring to number~8 ?

How can one do Pull request reviews? I think /dev/1 stage also doesn’t have the permission to review the PR’s Right?
