Hello experts,

Can I share the single installation of openMRS across multiple provider clinics which are independent of each other.

That means a provider A having a clinic A can login to the same openMRS instance as a provider B having a clinic B. Of course the Provider A should not see the patients of Clinic B and vice versa.

OpenMRS 2.2 does not have any built-in capabilities for this.

There was a module written for much older versions of OpenMRS called “restrict by role” which has the beginnings of a solution for this use case. Given enough customization, you could probably make things work. But it would be a large project.
