Setting a role to see only specific patient

Application Name: openMRS Version Number: 2.0

Question: Hi i’m trying to make a doctor or user in openMRS can see only assigned patient.

If there’s DoctorA, DoctorB, PatientA and, PatientB, i want DoctorA can only view/edit PatientA and DoctorB can only view/edit PatientB.

But now, if i add bunch of Doctors and Patients, all the doctors can view all the patient if they know the information of the patient.
