@dkayiwa it is like this error is related to the java mail. I get this error : “SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [openmrs] in context with path [/openmrs] threw exception [Handler dispatch failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/mail/util/FolderClosedIOException]” .
