Seeking guidance for first contribution | JavaScript & C++ | GSoC 2026

Hi everyone,

I’m Divya Prakash, a 2nd-year B.Tech student from GCET, India. I am preparing to contribute to OpenMRS for GSoC 2025 and would love a starting point to begin my journey.

I am comfortable with JavaScript and C++.

I have already set up my OpenMRS ID and am currently reading through the Developer Guide. Could someone point me toward:

  1. The specific GitHub repositories for the O3 frontend that are currently active?

  2. A few ‘Good First Issues’ or a Jira board where a newcomer can help with small bugs or UI improvements?

I’m excited to learn from the community and make my first pull request!
