Search patient not working on the reference app

Application Name: Reference Application Version Number: 2.6.0

Question: Search is not working as no patient is returned but there are patients in the database. This was working fine and all of a sudden stopped working.

Is that on SDK or standalone instance?

Why not use latest versions like reff app 2.10.0

Sorry for the delay! I was first downloading the version to get the facts right. When I click on Find Patient Record and enter the patient’s id or name am able to see the patient am looking for. Try refreshing or change to another browser.

Everything was find till about 3 days ago when it was noticed. Let me try a different browser then revert

On the Administration interface, there’s a link to the Search Index with a “Rebuild Search Index” button. You probably want to rebuild the search index.

There was a special character “/” appended to a patient’s name, when I removed it (everything came back fine)
