Am wondering yesterday I registered my friend to come on the conference a Ugandan and the Ugandan tier was showing it was closing on 5th Sept so today had planned to register another one…But checking today it has closed and showing 3rd sept

Is there something that can be done so I can be helped to register on a Ugandan Citizen Subsidized Rate Tier?
