My problem is that when I create any role in the system (for example: the role of a nurse who can only register patients) in the main page all icons disappear except registration, this is what I want. However, if you enter the admin/index.htm in the address bar, then it goes to the administration and there it can do everything. How can you limit it in other ways? or is it an OpenMRS’s error?

A user is required to have certain privileges to view the different sections on the main admin page, if one is able to see all, it implies you assigned them a role that has all the required privileges, you might want to consider removing some of the privileges from their role.
