REST Web services commit changes

BAHMNI EMR & HOSPITAL SERVICE

I made some changes in BahmniPatientProfileResource.java in org.bahmni.module.bahmnicore.web.v1_0.controller package. But those changes are not reflecting in the web application. how do I commit these changes?
