Requesting new repository for Location Based Access control project.

Hi,

I’m working on the Location based access control project through this year Google Summer of Code under the guidance of @dkayiwa as my mentor. Actually, this is a new domain to Openmrs and started to work as a new project.

As I discussed with @dkayiwa, We would like to have a repository under OpenMRS to track the commits and pull requests for my mentor’s review.

So I kindly request you to set up an repository under the OpenMRS organization.
