Could someone please grant me access to OpenMRS Jira?

I’m new to contributing to OpenMRS and have set up my development environment locally.
I’m currently trying to work on FLAG-89 in the Patient Flags module, but I don’t see an option to comment on Jira issues.
Could someone please help grant me the necessary Jira permissions?
