Requesting an upgrade on JIRA permissions

Hi, I’d like to request for JIRA permissions to be able to curate (setting a ticket “ready to work” from “needs assessment”) and close them once I’ve reviewed them for OAuth2 Module (https://issues.openmrs.org/projects/OA/issues) as I am mentoring this project in this year’s GSoC.
