Request to Correct Username with Invalid Character in OpenMRS ID

Dear [Support Team/Admin],

While creating my OpenMRS account, I mistakenly included an underscore (_) in the username. After reviewing the documentation, I realized that special characters are not permitted in OpenMRS IDs.

I would like assistance in correcting this issue — either by updating the username to conform to the allowed format or by guiding me on the appropriate steps to take (e.g., creating a new account or updating it through the database if necessary).And at the moment I can not claim a ticket and I think it is the issue
