Request suggestions for a documentation

I just wrote about the “How to send a good PR to the OpenMRS[1]” in Medium. Please feel free to read it and put some suggestions to improve this one. If there are any mistakes, please let me know to fix it.

Just a minor comment, the JIRA workflow that you documented is different from that for the Reference Application JIRA project. https://issues.openmrs.org/projects/RA
