Request for Jira create issue permission

Hi OpenMRS team

I’m a new contributor working on my first PR in openmrs-core. I’m able to log in to Jira, but I don’t yet have permission to create issues.

Thanks for the update :folded_hands: I can now see the Create button in Jira, however clicking it doesn’t open the issue creation dialog.

I’ve tried logging out/in, incognito, and different browsers, but the behavior is the same. Could you please advise on the next step, or create the Jira issue on my behalf if needed?

Kindly while logging into jira did you append your username with @id.openmrs.org?

I logged out completely and logged back in using dinesh1218@id.openmrs.org, but the Create dialog still doesn’t open.
