Request for Developer Access to Claim Issue [FM2-660]

Hi OpenMRS team,

I’m a new contributor and I’d like to start contributing to OpenMRS by working on the following issue:

However, I’m currently unable to claim the issue on the JIRA board. Could you please add me to the developers group so I can claim and start working on it?
