Reporting Module Issues: Reports Stuck in Queue and Window Display Problems

Application Name: OpenMRS Version: 1.9.9

I’m experiencing some issues with the reporting module. When I try to generate reports, they remain in the queue. Additionally, when I attempt to create a new report and add a new dataset definition, the window doesn’t expand properly, and I can’t see the options to add the dataset. I’ve tried updating the modules, but nothing seems to work. Do you have any suggestions to solve this issue, please?

you can stop reports running in the queue by clicking stop under the “Reports in progress” section on the report dashboard
