Remove/Replace HighCharts Library in Data Integrity Module due to Non-Free License

Continuing the discussion from Non-free licensing in bundled modules:

I would like to open a discussion and support for the above on the data integrity module. There are currently two options:

  1. Remove high charts along with the graphing functionality within the module (https://issues.openmrs.org/browse/DINT-62)

  2. Replace the HighCharts library with a free option.

We are in dire need of using the module in preparation for a large rollout in Uganda, so #1 provides the easiest path forward in our case. Looking for assistance and support to tackle the option #1 @dkayiwa @jeremy
