Releasing Bed Management and Operation Theatre

Hi,

We have raised below PRs, for openmrs-module-bedmanagement and openmrs-module-operationtheatre. In these modules, we have joda time dependency which is refering to openmrs-atomfeed 2.5.6 and atomfeed 1.9.4.

We have upgraded openmrs-atomfeed to 2.6.1 and atomfeed to 1.10.1 and removed joda time dependency https://issues.openmrs.org/browse/OTM-2

Raised PR’s to upgrade the atomfeed versions and removes joda time dependency from openmrs-module-bedmanagement and openmrs-module-operationtheatre, we can proceed further once we have release for these modules.

Thanks for merging above PRs, Can you please make the release as well, so that we can go ahead with Bahmni release with latest log4j2 changes.

Releases of the next minor versions (5.12.0 and 1.4.0) are in process and should be done in the next 20 minutes or so.
