There’s been a bunch of much needed fixes pushed to Reg App 1.22.0-SNAPSHOT and we could do with a minor 1.22.0 release. Any thoughts/objections?

The release goal failed with this:

Is it because of the non-SSL URL here:

?

Given this: Return code is: 500 , ReasonPhrase:Internal Server Error, it could have been a temporary server failure. So it looks appropriate to try again releasing.

Its very unfortunate that upgrading from snapshot and encounting such error here ,personally i would think it would pass irrespective of its current behavior cc @dkayiwa @mksd , any idea about this

So Reg. App 1.22.0 is now released (cc @icrc.psousa.)
