Release Modules to Support UgandaEMR - 11 May 2020

We are currently in the process of releasing a new version of UgandaEMR. We request that these modules be released so that we dont have deal with snapshots.

providermanagement currently at 2.11.0-SNAPSHOT
registrationapp currently at 1.17.0-SNAPSHOT

Thanks @solemabrothers for this , just want to be clear for version .registrationapp seems to be at 1.18.0-SNAPSHOT is that the version you are currently using

No. We are currently using 1.17.0-SNAPSHOT, that why i was asking if there is a released version from that snapshot

It seems there is not released version , Am not sure if registrationapp version 1.17.0 was being upgraded because am seeing there was an upgrade from version 1.16.0 to 1.18.0-SNAPSHOT. here cc @dkayiwa @ssmusoke
