Release assistance for Add On Manager OWA 1.1.0-beta

Hi all,

The Add On Manager now works with platform. The fixes that enable it to work with the platform without difficulty currently ship with Add On Manager 1.1.0-beta. This is the latest version of the OWA on github. By managing its release I’d like to have membership with the Openmrs organization on Bintray so I can upload it there. My user name on Bintray is ruhanga.
