Dear All,
We had a query as part of NABH and NABL accreditation of our hospital and lab respectively, we are expected to have a Validation certificate of the overall hospital information management system ( Bahmni ) in place.
This has come up as non-compliance during the inspection.
This is basically verifying if it captures information at all points as intended. This is validated and certificate is provided which has to be done on an yearly basis.
This is a quality control practice which is mandatory to ensure there are no errors due to the IMS itself being corrupt.
Kindly advise and help with this.
