Referred-out results synced from OpenELIS to OpenMRS are not reflected in event_records, causing Bahmni–Avni sync failure

Hi Team,

@angshuonline @mohant Referred-out results are successfully syncing from OpenELIS to OpenMRS. However, these entries are not appearing in the event_records table.

Context: The Bahmni to Avni sync depends on entries available in the event records. Since the referred-out results are not reflected in event_records, these entries are not getting synced to Avni. Because of this, referred-out results that exist in OpenMRS are missing in Avni.

Could you please confirm whether referred-out results are expected to generate entries in event_records, or if this requires a configuration or code change to support the sync

@kannan Are the events raised for tests that are immediately entered in OpenELIS ?

Also can you share more details on your implementation like version and mode of hosting ?

@mohant Are you referring to order sync? We are using Bahmni version 0.92 (standard) hosted locally.
