It’s exciting to see implementers benefiting from and exploring the Reference Ranges work!
The Palladium team has compiled a list of lab tests they’d wish to see incorporated with reference range support. I wanted to gather community feedback on this list and hear suggestions from others.
Current Status:
- Already in RefApp with reference ranges: Vitals, ALP (Alkaline Phosphatase), and Hemoglobin (HB)
From the list shared:

Labs in the RefApp but without reference ranges: Total Bilirubin (TBIL) and Total Protein

Labs that are not in RefApp: ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase), GGT (Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase), Serum Albumin, Direct (Conjugated) Bilirubin, and AST (Aspartate Aminotransferase)
Question for the community:
What are your most commonly used lab tests (1-3) that would be worth considering? Any thoughts on Palladium’s proposed list?
