Reference application - Changing status of appointment

Hey… I have installed reference application 2.9.0. Now I couldn’t find how to change the status of scheduled appointment. Also, how would I go about prescribing medicines and ordering tests.

Then again I wish to have a user with role analogous to pharmacist who will provide prescribed medicines to patient.

One more user for conducting test ordered by doctor.

Yes I already have gone through that. It’s seems only the system admin has privileges to change the state of appointment.

Why doctors are not authorised to do the same.
