As I mentioned in Expect delays for infra tickets - can someone help? :D, the VM is having occasional problems with DNS. When that happens, no docker deployments will happen.

Related to [SOLVED] qa-refapp.openmrs.org Does not have the latest version of coreapps module as well.
You should have access to the machine to at least apply the workaround.
