"pt_BR" locale fails in Bahmni 0.88

Hi guys,

Looks like some translations don’t work in Bahmni 0.88:

(It works on version 0.87)

This seems to be related to the commit renaming the locale_pt.json files to locale_pt_BR.json

The local.allowed.list global property, does not list the right locale name, therefore does not pick the appropriate localization file:

Works when replacing it with pt_BR

Also, it would be great to be able map the locale names to an i18n label, so we can display something more user readable than the raw locale name (en would be ‘English’, es would be ‘Español’, fr ‘Français’ and so on and so forth).

I agree. Thanks for pointing this out. We should put a migration in place to fix pt -> pt_BR.

Also agree on showing user readable strings in login page, rather than two digit codes. Will have this done in the upcoming release.

Thanks Gurpreet.

When is 0.89 estimated for release ?

The week of 10th April.

OK, thanks
