Proper CSS is not applied on Edit: Vitals

When I edit the vitals form, the exact css is not applied.

@hpardess Did ​you mean to point out the alignment issue of the 2 parts of the form?

yeah, it is about alignment. We have two types for display stype

1. Simple
2. Standard

Initially the vitals form is displayed using Simple style but when i edit the form, it is displayed with standard style.

Actual look of the Vitals form is like this:

but when i edit the vitals form, it’s look is different.
