@surangak I went through the project page and I am sure I can work on this project since I have experience on necessary skills such as javascript, jquery, ajax and html.
Since I am living near Colombo University it will be a plus point as I also can get their feed back when doing the development.
As I understand we can add the new form to collect UGU data using HTML form entry module.
