Prescribing Tapering Dose for same medicine

Thank you all for your great efforts on OpenMRS O3.

I wanted to check whether anyone has figured out the modality for prescribing a tapering dose of the same medicine within the same visit.

For example:

  • Methotrexate 50 mg – 2 tablets once daily for 10 days

  • After 10 days:

    • Continue Methotrexate 50 mg – 1 tablet once daily for 5 days

Is there an existing way to configure this as a single prescription with a tapering schedule, or would this need to be entered as separate prescriptions?

@veronica I believe the start-date fix I’m currently working on will resolve Dipendra sir’s issue, perhaps it’s okay to explain the process to him? As well as if you could provide a rough date on when that could go out if PR’s done by this week
