At PIH, we have many implementations. We are moving to using (and building) the reference application for registration. We have several custom registration too, but hope to migrate it all to the RefApp.

Not a yes/no answer.

No. We use the integrated registration capabilities of the legacy UI (Hospital Albert Schweitzer) and the Reference Application (Haitian Health Foundation).
