Hi @darius thank for your reply, I already fixed the issue from my side. The root cause was due to we have Created and updated new visite type with Bahmni admin module. But these changes wasn’t applied in the /opt/bahmni-web/etc/bahmni_config/openmrs/apps/registration and /opt/bahmni-web/etc/bahmni_config/openmrs/apps/adt json files. particularly the defaultvisit was not longer correct in app.json file. Thanks again. I will close the topic
