Platform Release Notes 2.1.3

I am working on RefApp 2.8.0 notes which is based on the OpenMRS Platform version 2.1.3. of which one has to Check on Platform Release Notes 2.1.3 for some of the bug fixed. I have tried to check and google for Platform Release Notes 2.1.3 but it seems the link doesn’t exist . What could be the way forward?
