Personalhr omod not starting

Hello,

I have created openmrs-module-personalhr omod and I deploy it in vagrant and restart the openmrs service but when I check in openmrs > Modules > Manege Modules it’s showing Personal Health Record [Not Started].

I also check the openmrs log but their also not showing any errors.

I am using the 2.1.1 OpenMRS version.

How can I debug it? and why my omod is not starting?

Which instance are you using? the version 2.1.1 is way too old. kindly run mvn openmrs-sdk:setup-sdk -U to upgrade to the latest version 3.13.4.
