Patient Image Module: Authentication and Location problem

Module: Patient Image Module

Module Version: 1.2.1

System Version: OpenMRS SDK - Versión: 2.1.4 Build 2cb839

Issue or Question: Hi, I´m testing Patient Image Module and I don´t why it doesn´t works properly. If I load and configure the module , and I open a patient detail view it appears an authentication popup:

After that, if I introduce username and password it show an error:

After that, appears main login window…If I login and show the patient detail again, I can see the console error with no patient image found (because patient doesn´t have image at this moment):

The problem now, if I go to a visit, is that the user lose the location:
