Patient Flags failure

Any idea of the cause of patient flag failure on https://ci.openmrs.org/browse/FLAG-FLAG/latest. Can someone help fix it?

@dkayiwa, @raff, @yassin the CI failure still exist what could be the way forward?

I think the CI server might be missing the chrome executable but I’m not sure.
