Hey all,

I noticed that I couldn’t save/ edit patient conditions as an unknown error was being thrown.

Further research revealed that I just needed to set the default locale correctly. That’s it. My problem was fixed!

Hope it helps anyone who comes across such an issue.

Isn’t a ticket meant to fix issues? This is really a configuration issue on openmrs. Do I still need to create one?

So the ticket could be about not having an invalid default locale. Because am sure you are not the one who set it. :slight_smile:
