I would like to officially announce for the new Order Entry UI sprint 10. In this sprint, our goal would be completing the functionality to the application. All tickets have been rolled over and will be continued on this sprint.
Objectives of Sprint 10
Should have a filterable/sortable dropdown where users can easily search for orders from the orders homepage.
Orders saved to the draft list should be shared across all pages within the ordering app
Users can continue to add orders of different types to the draft list
Also, as a heads up, we are going to be transitioning @jeiddiah and @rhenshaw56 starting today to another project, so they likely won’t be picking up new tickets in this sprint. They will still be around though! The new project is actually closely related to this one, about creating a new OWA that allows for the entering of the results of lab tests, as well and do so some basic tracking of lab workflow.
Unfortunately, @ddesimone and myself will likely not be able to make this… but that is fine, feel free to proceed without us and follow up by Telegram or email if you have any questions.
@rhenshaw56@jeiddiahwill be focusing more on the Lab Workflow tickets for the next two weeks, but I defer to them if they think it would still be helpful for them to to attend this sprint planning meeting.
@mogoodrich and others,
I want to make sure individuals interested in Order Entry are aware of the Lab integration work being done at I-TECH with OpenELIS. This uses HL7 standards instead of the Bahmni Atom based approach. The integration focuses on sending lab orders to OpenELIS once an HTML form has been entered.
