Hey i have actually fallen into such instance but on a different server not the one for openmrs. so i would advise you restart your myql server and start it again. As your server is running make sure your carefully watching it. thats how i have saved my life from such scenario

yes I restarted the OpenMRS MySQL after it stops, but when ever I try carrying out same action. the MySQL stops again and again.
